In order to impart the seriousness of the issue I am writing this review leaving aside some very important things such as posting my resume which by the way had to reach the client yesterday. All thanks to your network service.
I don’t know how to put this across politely but I’d begin by saying your service is so disgraceful that it makes the local cable internet look awe inspiring. This has to be the poorest service if not the worst. This is even worse than when internet was initially launched in India.
I am sure by now you must have safely overlooked thousands of complaints that reach your desk daily for there is not one single positive review when it comes to your network services leave aside your customer services.
In this 3G age where Indians are getting blinded by the awesome speed of the internet, you have sure worked out a plan to give us a flavor of the nineties where everyone walked in to a cyber café for that all important mail which took months to load. Just when you thought slow internet connection was a thing of the past: BANG! Here comes Tata with a plan you wish you never had.* You should be glad that the consumer forum doesn’t take action over these issues still but by the alarming rate at which your service is degrading I am sure someone is going to take a notice soon: speaking of which I take this as my own responsibility to leave feedbacks about your pathetic service starting today. I just have to find a cyber café without your service and I know that wouldn’t be tough.
In an entirely purist world you would assemble a crowd just to laugh at your own service just as the way others gather to laugh at us when we tell them we use Tata Photon+. But lucky for you such a world doesn’t exist.
Kindly treat this as a serious feedback and act immediately and please start treating customer service as a profession and not some scam to suck the cash out of your customers.
