TATA photon claims to provide speed of 3.1 mbps however their actual avg speed is less than 512 kbps in Rohini, Sector 7, Delhi. This is based on 1.5 months of usage. When I tried to contact customer support and register a complaint, the executive refused to register complaint and also refused to give any timeline for resolution.
How does TATA Photon team expect to retain customers with such bad service?
