Hmmm after getting convinced by the advertisement and banner I opt for a TATA PHOTON PLUS CONNECTION promised to receive 10 GB after the first recharge of rs 350/- but after recharging the amount I just gt 1.5 gb and after poor customer service.
I registered a complain to the area head plus if u r buying a connection u should be known in advance that u need to waste minimum 15 minutes of your daily life (If u r having an issue) to the great CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE who always asked the same format of questions daily which they have given to asked for each and every query by their Leaders.
They seriously don’t even know the meaning of customer care they will keep on telling you dat ur query will be resolved within 48 hours and after 72 hours u need to call again to the great customer care service. AFTER REGISTERING A COMPLAINT TO THE AREA HEAD I GOT A CALL FROM RELIANCE E STORE HALDIRAM’S KOLKATA FROM WHERE I HAD BOUGHT THAT STUPID DEVICE THREATENING ME TO CANCEL THE COMPLAINT SO IT MAY NOT EFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE GUY SELLING THAT STUPID DEVICE.
TRUST ME VERY DISPOINTING WITH THE RESULT NOW ITS A USELESS PRODUCT I DON’T EVEN USE. MTS IS FAR BETTER THEN TATA PHOTON PLUS

DON’T TRUST THE SALES GUYS OF TATA PHOTON PLUS.
