Absolutely do not go for tata photon + or any other tata product ....go for reliance or MTS ......the customer service is not even zero it’s negative ....all lazy stupid guys at customer support from juniors to highest ranks....they will listen to u like they care a lot for your probs ...but forget about everything the second u put down the phone ....m facing this from past 7 months...m using this device as my alternative internet connection...& trust me whenever I need it, it won’t work & from past 2 months I can’t even access google in less than 3 minutes ......these guys should win an award for laziness............... zero engineer visit @ our house & more than 50 complaints in past 2 months ....who else can Beat that score !!!!!...........
