I had purchased tataindicom plug2surf on 12th june 2009 in NAJAFGARH, new delhi area, with sceam 2 months unlimited free uses. but company didnt sended any customercare executive for its installation, so I came back home and tried to install it , but it didnt worked .
I contacted to shopkeeper , he said connection will be started within 24hrs. so I waited for 1 day , but it didnt worked still.then I went to shopkeeper with plug2surf modem and he tried many times but it still didnt worked. then I complaned to customercare executive and after 2-3 days he came and said modem is blocked you have to go to service center . they cheked and found it nonfunctional. they gave me D.O. and said that u will get new modem from ur shopkeeper. then shopkeeper send this nonfunctional modem to company and after 2 week later I got new modem .
But this time modem worked for 1day , modem becomes disconnected within every few minutes . I complained again and after 3-4 days later customercare executive found that modem is nonfunctional and advised me to go to service center . they again gave me D.O. again I got new modem few weeks later. customercare executive always toid me to formet the computer . now third one is working but problem is same that it cant download big data and will consume triple time of normal msnl connection. after survey company found that there is no tower in NAJAFGARH area. so why company is cheating public by selling this product in this area. why they told me to formet computer, I wasted around Rs.1500 as fees of compuer hardware engineer . and company should return all money and bill customer paid to company if company cant provide good service to consumer.
