I am looking to purchase a wireless net connection and had been looking for quite some time, before I decided to go for Tata Indicoms Plug 2 Surf. I put in an online request for them to contact me. It has been around 10 days now and I have no response yet.
Maybe they have so much business that they dont need me as a customer. Maybe they have just put in that option on their webpage to fool people. Or maybe no one there is interested in monitoring the web requests. Or maybe they are all busy selling the Nano.
I can only wonder, if they are not interested in selling their product, how good are they going to be while servicing existing customers? I have no doubt they would have probably asked one of their retailers or offices to contact me, but even that has not happened, so I consider that I am not exactly on their list of priorities.
I would expect that whether companies want to service customers or not, they would definitely be interested in selling. But not this one!
I should thank them for disillusioning me right at the very start about their services. Well done, Tata Indicom. Congratulations on losing a probable customer. I consider myself saved!
