I want to inform the prospective customers of TATA, plz plz dont even think of having a TATA PHOTON ....
I had a connection (Tata photon post paid) which I closed in Jan’13 due to poor connectivity ...I paid the full amount due and closed the terrible connection.....To my surprise I got a legal notice from Tata co. that I have to make payment in June’13 of 1900 rupees (when Tata photon device was lying unused for 6 months). Just imagine what is the level of this company??
They are cheaters and will harass u day and night if u close their connection....What a business they have started to collect money?? I think they must start begging instead of cheating customers of their hard earned money.
