Bad support and poor connectivity

I had taken photon+ on post paid. It worked for few days suddenly stopped working. When I called support they do not have clear answer. They mention the connection will get activated after 72 hours. It is not clear the unit after working how it can stop working and why customer care cannot re-activate the connection if there is some problem.


It is very strange. When desperately one wants to use this device it will give trouble. It is not really value for money and quality of service.
