I have used this little extortionist for over 7 months and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their money, cares about the speed and is an ardent downloader. My plan allows me to browse the net for 2 hours everyday for a monthly payment of 700 rupees. There is no carryover of the time. For each extra minute you’re charged one rupee.
Download speed is never higher than 25 kb/sec (with my BSNL unlimited plan I used to get 35-40kb/sec average and sometimes even 50kb/sec) and at times even pages like google will take infernally long time to load(and sometimes wouldn’t at all). You won’t be able to do much in those two hours anyway. Sometimes it wouldn’t connect but that’s rare.
So, if you want a connection that you only use outdoors occasionally and that too only to check mails etc, this may work for you. Otherwise, if you’re thinking about getting a photon, perish the thought.
