I am the hardcore customer of TATA, I blindly go with TATA products until I choose TATA indicom, now I feel not to choose any tata products in the future,
I m the customer of TATA indicom landline for last 1year, but every month 4-5 days it is dead, totally more than 60days the line was out of order. They take minimum 5 minutes to register the complaint & take 3-5days to attend the problem.(take their own time to solve the issue)
25th October 2008(4.30am) I requested(complaint) to cancel my landline, reason I said shifting to native(but actual reason is poor service & response), I got the call back by 11am(this is the first time they called on the same day). They asked lot of questions; finally ask me to send e-mail. I got the reply as your problem solved. But still the line is active. I don’t know to whom to contact
