OK now my story...
Onceupon a time I felt the need for internet at my home when I startedenquiring ISPs. All te ISPs were either not interested in giving me aconnection or it was not feasible. And that was when came thegreat Tata Indicom in my life. I applied for the connectiononline and Lo Behold! I have the connection in one weeks time! And thenwhen I thought that everyone will live happily everafter, theconnection broke! It broke in less than a weeks time.
Registeredcomplaint. Waited waited waited... Called customer care (A bunchof morons and moroninis) and recvd only the standard reply "It will beattended in 24 hrs". One moron even asked me to delete cookiesand tryconnecting! At last someone came home, did some jugglery with thewires, did something at his server end and got the connection back. 3days downtime
Relief.... And there you go, internet stops after2 days! Same story.... Within 24hrs... Disable cookies....Rebootmachine.... Someone comes after 2 days and fixes the link.
Connection works for 3 days and gone again! Complaint .... Customer care... morons....
Connection restores by itself after 2 days!!
So, within 2 weeks of my connection I had 3 disconnections and 7 days of downtime.
Now I am wondering who the moron is.. One at the call centre or is it ME??!
But I know for sure that it is going to be YOU if you get a Tata connection even after reading this!
(Note:Dont take it even with no other alternatives. Live without internet.Humans have lived without it for more than 10000 years)
