I received a call from TATA Indicom executive on the 28th of December regarding their WiMax connection in tie up with VSNL. I was ok with the offer and gave a cheque worth Rs3785 when this executive came home. And he promised that since there is a tower near my house (Nandi Gardens) there wont be any problem in getting the connection.
But sadly its been a month and till date I have not received my connection. But whenever I write a mail to their customer service I get a reply stating that my issue will be dealt on a high priority basis. But the issue is still pending. My complaint number is 4692008.My initial enquiry number is 1432707.I really dont know what to do. I can urge people not to beleive in any of TATA indicom s statement. Whatever they say is pure bogus. They are bunch of liars
