Hi I am Ravi, an engineer from Bangalore, I stay at Jayanagar. I have taken a TATA indicom post paid Wi-max connection during july-2009, during first 15days it was wonderfull, but after that my browsing experience was miserable. I really dont have that hard words to describe this bloddy service provider & also the bloodiest customer support executives.
I really dont understand that whether the TATA group has recruited a communication engineers or a barbers. You will always have a problem with the connection atleast once in a day. and they take min. 1-2Hrs to rectify this problem. first 30Mins will be wasted with that non-sense customer care executives who keep on asking the same questions irrespective of the problem.
Next 15 Mins to connect to their network people who were always busy in ....activities(...u can imagine!) and next 30-60Mins to rectify your problem. So, by the time they rectify your problem you will be frustrated like anything, your BP wiill sure cross 240/160 limit.
This is the situation at Jayanagar, heart of the city of bangalore. Just imagine how it will be in other parts of the city. Alsowhere is the time for the professionals who works in bangalore.? Is it really worth in paying these people to get this worst service? Its better to spend this 1Hr time in the cyber cafe and be peacefull always. or Airtel connection might be a good option
My account validity is going to end by Dec09. I never ever wish to continue with TATA indicom.
Please let me know if there are any ways to get back my balance amount I am ready to terminate my account right now.
