My Everyday routine is come from office and dial customer care number troubleshoot for approx 30 min, and if you are lucky then you will get connectivity. I have now list of Complaint numbers, but they just call me but never come to visit and fix the problem.
When I call them for status of complaint they just respond that I saw the activity in your internet connection so we closed the complaint. I wonder how they can close the complaint without even asking the customer. They just see the activity when I get connected but do they have any device to check with how much trouble I get the connection. After restarting their modem and my system for 2-3 times I get the connectivity.
Yesterday my clients were waiting online in UK for me, and I struggled for 1 hour with customer care for connectivity, but they failed to connect, then they said within 24 hour someone will address this issue and they set this complaint in high priority. Then today morning someone from Hydrabad called me, and said they will observe the connectivity for 2 days and then send someone. Then I asked please send someone today, Then that guy replied that call customer service and request for this, we are just technical support guys, we can’t do anything. GOD please tell me what to do I am in Loop and for one month no solution.
I have already paid for 4 months advance, so when I requested for disconnection, they simply says we will not refund the money. I am frustrated I don’t know what the problem with these guys. Please someone tell me if I can raise some complaint so that I can teach these guys a lesson.
Tata Indicom is openly cheating the people, and no one is there to help me, I am really feeling helpless. I am going back to Airtel Broadband, and just forgetting my rest of 3 months money which I already paid, but one thing I already said these guys that I am not going to return their devices, which they have installed, instead I will sell this to some Garbage Collectors, at least I will get 10 Rs back.
If anyone reading this knows any place where I can lodge complaints for these guys and get my money back then please help me.
