I bought TATA Indigo from Fortune Cars Pvt. Ltd. Right from first day we found that the dealer’s staff has no co-ordination with each other. I paid entire amount but still I didnt got the car as per promise. The car was delivered without music system and I was requested to come for the same after two days.
Every time I visited some or other reasons were given and after a long wait, I was asked to come next day. Thereafter I decided not to visist them again and therefore decided to get my first service was done by Worli Naka TATA Motors despite the fact that I stay at Thane because thats the best service a Tata car can have. However I met with an accident on Jan 25 2009.
I had no option but to give the car to fortune. The same thing happened again and I was given a date and when I reached there the car was not ready. Ultimately after much follow ups and despite of telling them that I need the car to take my wife to Doctor, they made me wait from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM and my wife had to go with her sister which was most embarrasing. Even at about 7:30PM they told me that front door glass was not available and hence they cant give the delivery.
Therafter I had tp raise my voice and call the police, after which my work got done by 8PM. They took out door glass from showroom car which was to be delivered the next day and they fitted the same to my car which itself show their dishonesty. Till date they have neither submitted me accounts nor have they given me the scarp. Later on I came to know that their staff sold the scrap and kept the proceeds with them. Yesterday there was a battery issue in my car and since my car was standing at Thane, I had no option but to call them. This time I talked to their M.D. Mr. Saxena. I complained to him about general attitude of his staff upon which I was shocked to hear from him that "Go to exide battery showroom, we are not authorised to repair this".
Thus to put in one sentence "I BOUGHT THE BEST CAR NAMED TATA INDIGO FROM A WORST PLACE NAMED FORTUNE AND THAT IS ALL ABOUT MY MISFORTUNE"
