Indigo is a money sucker....

I have indigo LS 2005 model- Euro III. I am having problem with it right from the beginning. I will list the repairs I have come across in 2yrs.

  1. I have replaced clutch assembly for 15000kms on warranty.

  2. Clutch assembly replaced second time for 38000km-No warranty-costed Rs.8500/-

  3. Clutch cable replaced for 42000km

  4. Ac oscillator, brake pads & other minor repairs- costed Rs.5300/-

  5. Starting problem-Starter replaced for 59000km -costed Rs.3100/-

  6. Starting problem-Alternator & Battery replaced for 67000km -costed Rs.11000/-

  7. Starting problem-Relay replaced for 69000km - costed Rs.2200/-

  8. Clutch cable & ac switch replaced for 68000km – costed Rs.600/-

All together with minor repairs I have spent Rs.32000/-

I dont know whether I was duped by the service center or I dont know really there was any problem with the parts replaced. I heard that service centers will fool customers by repairing the parts (like starter) & billing us for new parts. I just want a suggestion can I approach consumer court , As I have spent heavy amount on repairs for 2yr old car.
