I would not recommend people in buying vehicles from VST Chennai.coz it is the worst and useless dealership of TATA Motors, have got brand new vehicle with full payment on 26 OCT 2007 TATA INDIGO LS DIESEL, from the day 1 till Date have given my vehicle for end number of service and did not find my vehicle fit to drive at regular intervals.have send mails to all the corporate people of TATA Motors Mumbai, chennai etc, still nogo..
Even the managers of VST Service Chennai did not take initiative to get my issue resolved.have availed extended warranty five times for the same issue, please be aware of buying vehicle from VST CHENNAI.
Please do not buy Tata vehicles in future.
The day I got delivered, found out that the indicator was not working and paint on car fade out completely.Approached
VST Service Chennai - They did not take initiative to resolve my issue.gave my car back.
1st Free service, Availed Wruth Coating for RS.5000 For 5 years free .Till date the VST service did not do anything for rusting of parts in my car.due to rain, etc.
2nd Free service.Had suspension problem Front rear wheel, they said it will be covered under EXTENDED Warranty for 5 years .After 5-10 days had same problem.When I checked with them.they said it will be bushes in suspension which is causing problem, they serviced and charged me for those repairs.
3rd Free Service.I told them , i Have wheel alignment problem.they said that the tyres had worn out with a 18000 km run in my vehicle.When I looked into serial numbers of my vehicle tyres, all the serial numbers differs.when I asked them , they said vehicle does not come with same serial numbers on delivery.checked with Manager service VST.He replied the same answer.told them to show the vehicle delivery slip of my car details., the said, they dnt have those docs.
Then I got my vehicle .while leaving the service station , found out that diesel is leaking from the pump.when I asked them.they said it the problem with my vehicle camshaft, diesel pump.I told , i did not have this problem when I left my vehicle for service.they said it was their, then I checked with their checklist for service history, we did not found out, they said, it will occur anytime.
Till date am having an bad experience of TATA INDIGO LS DIESEL "WHY DID I PURCHASED THIS USELESS TATA VEHICLE FOR PERSONAL USE".
