I had recently bought Indigo Manza from Galaxy Motors Mulund. To my surprise the headlights did not work during my first long journey to Malad. Since while going it ws daytime I did not realise it and came to know about the defect only when I was returning during night time. Next day the workshop person came and informed that light system is defective. I was stunned to hear that. Such a basic feature and not working in a brand new car. More was to come. Workshop people informed me that Teflon coating was not done to the car as assured by showroom.
After all this I raised my voice with TATA. Then I got a call from workshop to do the Teflon coating. But Galaxy Motors people are shameless not to contact me and apologise for the cheating. They have not even issued an apology letter to me. Please don’t ever go to Galaxy Motors. Even TATA Motors have not contacted me till date which is heartbreaking.
