Dear friend nothing has changed in Tata Motors pethatic company to deal with I bought a Tata Zest car on 31 DEC 2015 from Concord motors Delhi paid the full amount to the dealer and the car was to be delivered to me on 14th Jan 2016 after completing the registration process when finally on 14th when I went to take the delivery I noticed that the car was repaired and repainted on the front Right side door I brought the same to the notice on the sales person he in turned called the team manager and showroom manager all of the three were forcing me to take the delivery of the vehicle which I refused on seeing the condition of vehicle. I dont understand how can they sell a repaired vehicle from a showroom I paid the full amount in advance and how can they force me to take the delivery of the faulty vehicle. When contacted tata motors office they gave me the no of mr SAURABH GUPTA there territory manager as they told from there office when I contacted him and told about the whole thing his respone was totally to save the dealer very irresponsible guy. I trusted Tata Motors as I thought
That they are coming up with new products and are improving there image but very bad experience. I suggest dont trust them and dont buy any Tata car you will repent.
