Hey guys, after serving this company for many years, I am writing this review in short.
1) Salary is good & given on time. All standard benefits like food, transportation, medical, etc. are also good.
2) Now the most important part in earlier years this company was considered as a very good option for the job security purpose, but the things have changed a lot now a days. No more job security is there with new policies & new work culture in the company. They are cutting down the manforce under the name of restructure. Every level is affected by this restructure kind of job cutting. So, think twice if you are considering this company for job security.
3) On career growth point again the same thing, you have to wait for years for the your promotions or else just keep your seniors happy by licking their A* & D*S.
4) Work environment is ridiculous right from the beginning. The seniors are never ready for the changes to the system. Though they run a suggestion system, yet they are not ready for the change. Also now a days there is a lot of harassment to the staff is going on. So don’t consider this company if you are looking for a job which gives you satisfaction of proving yourself.
5) the current CEO is not different than others they only want profit. The TATA work culture is lost somewhere. Alas.
