I was among first 25 to get the car. I was happy. I was feeling that i had conquered the road. And was felling that i was moving around with some celebs (like amithabh). There were too much of head turnings. But within one week my car got overheated and too much of smoke was coming.
I was stuck-ed on highway where no other help could be taken. I called tata helpline as number given in manual book. But i got other number from there .i called other number. I was asked number of questions. And was told that my car was not registered with them. After convincing them i as available to repair with mechanics which they sent. After struggling with my car for about 1.5 hrs i was told i will have to send my car to dealer by towing. I told them to take the car but they refused and told i should go along with car while it was towed. Tow person were not aware how to tow and where to tow.
Lastly they pulled the car upto about 10 kms. And i was told to sit in car and control brakes and steering. After keeping the car at dealer service centre i received nano car only after 10 days. I was told no spares were available. Even after doing all this same problem is getting repeated every now and then. It is already 4 times i have called helpline for same problem. Still this overheating problem is not solved. I am really very exhausted.
