I was planning to buy a Tata Nano for office commute. I was not so sure so I tried driving my Friends’ nano. I didn’t like it much going by the design. but when I drove it, it was a delightful experience. It zips through traffic. It is very economical and fuel efficient. Felt like I was driving a toy.
I had an Activa earlier but it wouldn’t protect me from pollution and heat and rains so Nano, comes to rescue. It is very much affordable. AC is fine.
Doesn’t provide much relief when you’re waiting at a signal but what more could you expect at such a low cost. While running, it is good. Pick up is also good. Easy to park and drive your family for daily activities. Power steering is not available but I didn’t miss it. All in all, it is a lovely car. Don’t judge a book by its cover and a economical car by its design. Just go for it.
