Tata people only focus on selling cars. They don’t believe in Post sale services. When Tata launched Tigor, Tiago, Nexon then I thought they are willing to change their image however its not true.
I remember when I was planning to buy Nano Car back in 2011. I went to Tata showroom which was very dirty and there were 3-4 south accent men were sitting. No one came to ask me what I wanted to buy so I turned to Maruti Showroom and bought Alto.
Now I was planning to buy Nexon however I have met lot of people those are literally crying and are in stress due to their pathetic post sale service.
All effort of Tata’s in launching new cars will go vain. One day Tata people will request people to trust them and time will be gone.
