Watching my favourite channel at home is very difficult for me as my house members are busy in watching their favourite channels, I started looking for a live app luckily I came to know about tata sky app in an advertisement. So I downloaded and started using it, the concept of the app is provide live streaming of 240+ channels to its users, once can access 240+ live channels anywhere if they use tata sky dth service at home. The layout and design of the app are not attractive, they are poorly designed they resemble the layout and design out outdated apps. It has features like giving access to unlimited live streaming of different channels. Just like other apps it has its own disadvantages, as I said it provides access to only 240+ channels, so user get hardly 6 channels for each category like sports, movies, regional, entertainment and so on. The tata sky mobile app doesn’t work properly, it buffers very frequently even if you use it on a 4G network, the picture quality is not good even if we set it to highest resolution, the audio gets disabled while the video is playing. No matter how well the app is designed if the app fails to function properly then it is just a waste, as the app buffers often and often with low quality video it is not at all useful.
