Ever since rains lashed Chennai in dec 2nd, my Tatasky DTH do not show many of the channels.
After some 10 trys in their call center no, I booked a complaint and immediately the deducted 175 Rs as the service engineer visit!
he visited after 4 days, and analysed that trees near by are causing the problem and recommended to cut the tree!
we again lodged a compalint the our problem was not resolved and service engineer is recommending to cut tree which we cant do, but suggested that Dish can be relocated.
the call center immediately accepted the suggestion and registered the complaint via WO LTUAAX62 AND SENT A SMS THE SERVICE ENGINEER WOULD VISIT ON 21 DEC BETWEEN 20.05 AND 20.45!. WE WERE IMPRESSED
HE IS YET TO COME! and 400 Rs is already debited from our annual subscrption.
I know Tata name is normally associated with poor quality of their products and the service seems to be worse!
long live TATA and short live my subscription!
