Several viewers are facing a network issue due to a technical glitch. So, Tata Sky offered free servicing to them.
After 3 visits(& 20 days), they resolved my issue& in the end, deducted Rs. 170/- from my account&barred the services. When I asked for a refund, they said they will do so after 1 week& a call back from the billing department.
The call back never came. Even the refund is not made yet. Very poor service. No response.
