Tata sky has very bad and poor customer service. Last 3-4 days, I called every day for some problem with set-top box. Tata sky said in 30 mins their person would come there to repair set-top box.
But till today nobody come. Even I did call them many times again and again.
Tata sky needs to improve their customer service so customers do not face problems.
We pay for good service and they need to provide better service.
