I have recently shifted my place from one location to other in same city & wanted to re-install the services. Now when I contacted before shifting Tata Sky staff suggested to raise a complaint for installation & then after shifting to new place again raise a complaint for installation. Hence I did the same. But after shifting first thing was contacting Tata Sky was so complicated & chargeable that any1 before contacting CS team of Tata sky will think 100x.
I contacted them on Sunday for installation of Tata Sky to my new place but CS team along with technician were so rude that & today is Wed still no reply from Tata Sky. Services of Tata Sky are just pathetic & just stinking garbage. I never will & go for tata sky in future & recommend people also not to avail their services. They are good only when you are recharging time to time. Once any issue arises they are just least bothered in their industry.
