I am sharing my personal experience as I use to have a tata sky connection in my house initially it worked fine.
But as time passed I had to face many problems with the service as there was no clarity with the picture sometimes and sometimes no service for days even though I complained to the customer care guys they said the problem will be rectified shortly.
But after weeks there was nobody who came to check what was the problem, initially I thought it was a problem with recharge and I recharged it twice but there was no result, I do not recommend this product to anyone, thank you.
