I have been using Tata sky for more than a year now.
Cost - It is bit costly compared to other DTH providers.
Availability - Offers HD and normal channels too which can be sbscribed by user depending on their preference.
Picture clarity - Picture and voice are very clear and of good quality which give a good experience to the user.
New features:
Transfer - Tata sky transfer enables you to transfer your favorite shows to your mobile and watch them when you like.
Recharge - Recharging as per daily needs for those who have a tight monthly budget. If you wish to watch TV only on certains days, you can get daily recharge at only 10 rs.
Customer care - It is not so good though. We need to call them many times when we have some problem.
Overall - I like Tata sky as it is one of the best DTH providers. IF you’re looking to upgrade from local cable services to DTH, Tata sky should be the one you choose.
