Hi guys I will share my personal experience with Tata Sky, 6 months back we purchased Tata sky through local agent for installation it was taken 2 days, Tata sky have lot of packages, we selected basic pack in that pack we didn’t get channels what they mentioned in the broacher, Picture quality and sound quality below average. for my requirement we Chosen another 5 channels extra to the basic Pack while adding channels they respond very quickly for those 5 channels they charges extra 180 rupees once billed generated I ask him to un install channels which ask him to add But I didn’t received proper response from the customer team, For product selling they have curiosity but same not maintaining for customer problems. I am strongly recommend you that don’t go for Tata sky it’s worst service & quality less product.
