No service for past 15 days! English News, English Movie channels, and all Malayalam channels are not visible for the past 15 days and no response from Tata Sky. When we try to register a complaint the website will automatically logs you out several times.
THIS IS BEING DONE UNDER THE SO CALLED’SYSTEM UPGRADE’ AND ALL OUR COMPLAINTS HAVE FALLEN INTO DEAF EARS.
Other issues:
No Signal for 15+ Days
Customer Care virtually does not exist
Spend more than 75 Rupees on customer care calls.
They call once and said will come . and then vanish and never call back
Stay away from Tata Sky as this is a waste of time and money.
