I have been a user of Tata Sky since its launch and I have never experienced such terrible service till date, as I have recently.
Lying, cheating, fraud all seem to be part of the service package these days. I think they may not be doing too well financially since they are now down to swindling customers. Channels disappearing suddenly, insufficient information being shared and 20 minute wait to speak to a representative are all part of the new service definition.
I am writing this review in the hope that at least someone from TatsSky woudl read these reviews and rectify the problems. During these recessionary times, the swindling hurts the most. To all customers - BE VERY CAREFUL DURING YOUR ONLINE TRANSACTION. DO NOT TRUST THE WEBSITE COZ ALL THE DETAILS ARE NOT WRITTEN THERE!!! the details are in the minds of the reps from whom you have to glean the information. Good Luck !
