Did not keep installation commitment deadline.
No expertise in ensuring right installation for my premises till I complained and a senior engineer was sent(who was Very Good, BTW).
Call center is a NIGHTMARE to deal with - don’t have a clue, put you on hold for minutes, and then line is disconnected.
HD Picture quality is great for ICC World Cup, but regular channels is TERRIBLE. The quality of broadcast from my CAS provider was at least 30% better. Channels like Movies Now appeared in very good quality.(I have an old HD Ready LCD TV, not Full HD).
