Tata sky after sale service is worst, I am realy frustrated with the tata sky services. this time this is a realy frustrating experience. first, technician attended complain after so many follow up after 24 hours. second, always technician try to oversell materials. 2 years back when there was problem in my TV at that your technician first changed the cable than when problem remained, said that PHOTO cell need to be change. I asked him how two problems can be at the same time. at that time, I refused to change the cell and send back the technician. then I checked that network and found that one connector was loose and I rectified the problem since than cell is running good. Today, I was able to see clearly that one pin was out near cell end due to kite festival, again your technician told to change the cell. I was helpless other than accepting as I was not at home.
from all this experience I can say that once I got opporutnity I will immideiatley switch from tata sky to other service provider and also I am going to spread negtivity about tata sky on mouth shut and other social sites.
