This has been a different kind of experience that I have noticed with my Tata Sky Call center. I have been using the same since 2013. I have been facing technical issues with the set top box and whenever I contact customer care about the same I am getting unprofessional response.
When I have registered my address with Tata Sky through Call center they have noted wrong details. Whenever I raise a complaint it used get wasted because technician used to call me from a different location which is very far. When I have asked the call center to update the proper address they asked to raise a relocation request which would cost me. I fought with the executive and confirmed that there will be no charges as it was their mistake to update wrong detail and the call was assigned to field executive. However call center had not updated the details to field executive who in turn called me and was asking me to provide exact location as he had to move my dish. However it was not necessary.
Similarly, whenever there is some issue with signal, if I raise a complaint, first thing tata sky prefers to levy charges.
Even channel cost is not increased. Though there are several option, nothing was giving satisfactory experience with the services.
Coming to quality, I had good experience in terms of picture and sound quality.
Overall below average kind of experience.
