Highly disappointed with u Tata Sky. since 1st April most channels don’t show up u say send an sms but nobody has bothered to get back. I wish u spent for service as much as u spend on ads. Y n how do u expect us to pay for the whole month when u don’t give half the channels we actually opt for.
As a courtesy u at least owe not to charge all us disappointed customers for this month as ur service is been pathetic. N now instead of sending a stupid regret reply make sure u make up for it directly. Already messaged u my sub id.
