I am sad to say that a TATA co(Tata Sky) is so bad. Since last one month there is a signal issue. we have called Tata Sky customer care several times only to try to reach the customer care executive. the calll just doesnt get connected. request the senior management at TATA SKY to try doing that in order to understand the plight of the users.
When it gets connected the CC people just keep repeating the same line without any solution or solution orientation to the problems of the caller. when they had to install a fresh connection they came in a day. now since last one month when the signal isnt coming no one is turning up. we have to make numerous calls to the service engineers, customer care number without end. requesting them begging them to come to our house and see what the issue is. the website doesnt have any email ID where we can directly post the complaints. my phone number is 9742737000.
If any body wishes to get in touch with me regarding this feel free. I would like to tell what a poor standard the great team of people from reputed business schools and immense experience, have set. No one seems to be bothered when they already know that their signals arent transmitted properly and that their subscribers are facing problems. I really wish and hope that the feedback reaches them asap.
