It’s been 4 year of using Tata Sky for my home. I never faced any challenges in regard to the service. For every Brand customer service plays an important role and and Tata Sky know it very well. It also offers chat service where you can easily chat with their representatives.Awesome customer service and great picture quality. It’s bit overpriced as compare to others but you will love the service and quality. One Best thing is it is working very well in rain and bad weather too until and unless rain is too heavy. In 4 years of my usage I faced one issue when my set top box stooped working. I called them and got the replacement on same day with nominal fee.
