First of all let me say that I have had Tata Sky since the time it launched(10 years). Bad move. Over the hears I have had a lot of bad experiences and nothing short of harassment from the company. To give a few examples - set top boxes get bad every year and you have to spend money to repair it, charges keep on increasing and lots of charges are baseless.
So, when you upgrade to a new HD set top box, you would imagine that it would last but no. In one month it freezes and hang or sounds disappears. So I called the helpline when this happened. They sent a technician someone who you would think twice before letting him into your house. He comes presses a few buttons wastes a lot of time and goes away without fixing the problem. I received a message stating was your problem resolved. I reply back saying NO. I receive a message saying they will call me to find out what went wrong. I dont receive any call but they promptly deducted Rs. 150 for doing nothing.
Tata sky you need to get your act together. Your service is bad and your products are worse than Chinese toys sold on the street. Dont try to market yourselves as premium. Your service is shoddy. I escalated the problem before writing a review. Too bad no body does anything about it.
