I don’t expect such type of business model from a reputed firm like Tata. some how I am having an impression that the collaborations of Tata with foreign companies are being governed by those companies be it SKY, indicom, Docomo etc. I am having Tata sky since last 2 years. once my box has been replaced on charging 350 rs.also they are having a problem that when u are recharging ur account set topbox should be on.no please sommebody tell me u have stopped recharge coupons and now online recharge is the only option. and when we are on the shop how can we on the set top box from there.its ridiculous!!
now about the charges. I feel the charges are a little more from other service providers. and also they are not coming with economic schemes.are they not targeting common man.now the channels..there are some channels which are with zee network like zee smile, zee business, etc for which tata sky is not providing reception even if you are ready to pay. There customer care is great..they will put the phone on hold for 9-10 minutes.i feel customer care should be free. I dont know why these days companies are charging for that.and if they are charging then it should be more fast
all in all if you are going for tata sky than look for other options also and compare with them
