My DTH is out of view since 28th of February, I have raised a complaint on 1st March and on 2nd March, a so called Technician visited and declared that the aet top box is faulty. I am struggling for past 5 days to get my DTH restored. Every time i call i see there is no record of my complaint at call centre and they register mew complaint. Technician visited the next of my first complaint and replaced the set top box next to next day but till now the connection is not restored. It is really pathetic to see a brand like Tata is torturing customer like this.
