Nobody knows what Tata Sky is doing in the name of upgrading services. They have a video in their home channel, they send text messages asking people to give missed call to a number, ask people to send "NS" to a particular text number.
Nothing works! In March I had a signal blackout for 10 days and my services were restored only because Tata Sky had pity on me. Beginning April I once again have a blackout for the last 10 days and no amount of mercy pleas seem to work. My subscription renewal falls in April and the promptness by which the renewal text messages pop up at periodic intervals feels like adding salt to the wound.
This happens to be a company of the great industrialist Jamshedji Tata and today the service it provides is attrocious. Anyone getting a DTH is sincerely requested to avoid Tata Sky. The Customer Care is horrible, their promises are hollow, in short . a blot in Jamshedji Tata, Ratan Tata and Cyrus Mistrys face.
