I purchased Tata sky around a year back. I had three month free subscription as a part of the deal. however when I wanted to change the package to add Sun channel, I lost the remaining period subscription which fortunately was few days only. My written complaint went to deaf ears where in they told specifically that I cant change the package and if I do it I will loose the initial offer.
Also when ever you view any important program like any cricket match, they have this no printed on the centre of the screen which doesnt allow you to enjoy fully. I had a written and verbal complaint, but they put it on the channels saying, tatasky puts it on the basis of channel request. I had asked specifically if they can put it on the bottom or top corner which they had refused.
Apart from this all of us are aware how many channels were available earlier and how many exisit today. all these channels have become paychannels.
Overall pathetic experience ..
