Couple of weeks ago, I lost all the recordings from my Tata Sky+ HD set top box. I raised a complaint about the same and the executive who visited my place had NO CLUE what he was doing and what caused it. I spoke to his senior and he also gave me answers like "I think this may have caused it, that may have caused it ." When I demanded more concrete answers than just "I think", they said someone from technical team will contact. Since then, a bunch of false promises have started one after the other. Some joker or the other calls up, and I have to repeat my entire problem and all they say is "We will get back by such and such time" and that never happens.
False promise after false promise and no resolution to my query as yet. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
If possible, stay away from Tata Sky.
