My tata sky Id is 1264044981 and I really got frustrated from their services in six months only. even you can’t believe in six months we have change Three remotes. I don’t know what is the quality they are using in there product but very very bad services at all. In rainy season if weather is not well outside it’s signals are not working for 3-4 hours. When we purchased this connection customer care said that one year warranty will be given by us but just two days before they deduct 200 Rs from my recharge balance without informing us I called there and then they refunded my 200 Rs in my account. so if you found any deductions are done in your recharge balance please contact customer care asap.
