I have moved to a new building sometime back & the connection was transferred promptly however the signal is not that good as it used to be. I am unable to watch around 10 subscribed channels & another 10 are receiving broken signals.
I raised a tech visit request(1-xxxxxxxx717) with Tata Sky helpline on 30th Oct 2011; which got closed automatically within 2 days without any tech visit. Another ticket(1-xxxxxxxx228) was opened on 2nd Nov 2011; which also got closed on the same day evening without any support. I reached the helpline again on 3rd Nov 2011; who had no clue as why these tickets were closed & opened another one ticket(1-xxxxxxxx444) which is still open & I am patiently waiting for a tech visit to happen.
I am totally at loss as I am unable to view my favorite channels & I am still paying the price for the entire package. I wish Tatasky should look into these aspects as well & take out the rotten associates before it is to late.
