In Kolkata region This Tata Sky DTH service has earned quality name. That is correct Kolkata I used TATA SKY since 2013 and till now I had not faced any kind of disterbence fro this TATA SKY.
Infact, before ending date of my pack they message me in my mobile as well as email me to inform about to recharge my DTH connection which is nice.
Another thing reccord option is very good for rare old movie which is telecasted on special days in a year.
Also Normal channel packs are reasonable and combination of any pack was good till the date.
Most of things are quite easy to use and HD channel packs are quite reasonable and their after sales and services are very good.if any problem is occured I called them within 72 hours they come and fixed that problem.even on Sunday.
So quite happy from TATA SKY DTH service.
