I got the box free of cost while purchasing a TV. Hence had to pay a total of 1000/- for installation. Since then I have been using Tata Sky for more then 2 years.
So far I have very less to complain about.
Things that I like about Tata Sky
Picture and sound clarity. simply uncomparable. I belive its better then not only just cable TV, but also from other providers like Dish TV.
Program information. I have seen Dish Tv, but I like the information provided in Tata Sky better then Dish TV. Also Dish TV is slower to respond to a channel change then Tata Sky.
But at the same time the Preview feature in Dish TV is something that is not there in Tata Sky.
- Ability to set multiple reminders for programs.
Things I dislike
If it rains(sometimes even if it rains lightly also), Tata Sky stops working.
Prices are too high as compared to cable
