Tatasky has set new lowest standards in service. Even giving them 0/10 will be liberal marking. My TV stopped working yesterday morning. We registered a complaint at 3 pm, waited till 9 pm, nothing happened, called again only to be told that no complaint had been registered. Technician came today at 2:30 PM, as he left TV stopped receiving signal again, charged 250/- for a visit. Again registered complaint at 3:30 PM, waited till 7 pm, called again only to be told that no complaint had been registered. Complaint registered again. We are told technician will come tomorrow evening& Rs 250/- will be charged again. Total anarchy.
